Poverty
An evil that to many
Has made an end
Since they are born
They can only look at
All they lack
And dare to dream
And that very sad face will reflect
That only in this world
Will feel
Poverty
It will torment my soul
Because when I think
In others who have nothing
My heart will grieve
Small and sad they will stay
Poverty
How can it be eradicated?
If many have so much
And they always want more
Why not reach out
And give a change to humanity!
Constructing dreams
As we begin to supply
Schools to train
Those children
What have
Needs in their own home
Creating habits
Criteria and personality
Providing at least
A chance
To dream and your dreams to achieve
Poverty
A terrible evil
That anguishes the soul
And it shakes
When we see so many
Children in need
Poverty
Stays when
They Stop dreaming
But how does a child dream?
When they don’t have any bread
For breakfast!
Or a plate of rice
In that home
The dreams are gone
And only nightmares
Remain
Poverty
On long faces
We can observe
In people who without strength
They have to walk
Poverty
Physical or perhaps mental
They go hand in hand
And it won’t let you progress
How could it be eradicated?
This evil that afflicts
The humanity
Poverty
Some were born in the midst of it
And they didn’t look further
If they could wake up
And want to work hard
A broad and lucid mind
It will be the change that is expected
In humanity
There would be no children on the street
Young people in places that they
Should not be
Poverty
No one should
Harbor!
We should expel it
And looking at every sunrise
Say thanks!
And start again
Every start is hard
But if with determination
And want to progress
It was the motto of every home
We would all start fighting
Teaching our children
That poverty is
In those who do not want to work
And they have stopped dreaming
The chain would break
And there will be no more poverty
And we would all live equally
