A Grey Day

Lying on the couch
Watching the rain fall
On the roofs
Lets see
Water clearly

The street is wet
The day makes me think
How many children are waiting
To her mother that work is

The water runs and goes
Into the sewers
Squirrels in the trees
Stuck like stamps

Lying on the couch
Watching the rain fall
The leaves dance
To the swaying of the breeze that moves them
The gray day looks
When will I see you again?

Smells like wet earth
And the rain that doesn’t stop
The loaded leaves and flowers
With the water that comes down from the sky

Wet palm trees
With its closed branches
As such which umbrella saved

The water runs and falls like a waterfall
The frogs come out scared
Singing and they don’t stop!

The rain falls and the grass is wet
I see it from my window
On my couch laying

The rain doesn’t stop
Drops so big
Looks like waterfall
I love to see them
On my couch laying
